Kudos to Premier Carpet Service! Last weekend I hired Premier Carpet Service to come out and clean my couch and living room area rug. While the couch was in great shape, the white area rug was to be desired. I had attempted to have it cleaned twice before by a dry cleaners and professional cleaning company but wasn't happy with the outcome due to the spots that were still showing. Premier did the trick! They spent extra time on my rug and was able to get out EVERY spot. The rug was very expensive and I didn't want to replace it. The rug looks like new now! Premier even applied a protectant chemical on it for me as well. I will definitely call Premier for my next cleaning needs.
Klutzy me spilled a full class of red wine on our cream wool Pottery Bary rug. We rushed to get the "red" out with a mix of salt, carpet cleaner and water. This left a gross white stiff residue we couldn't get rid of. After seeing positive reviews for Premier Carpet Service on Yelp, I submitted an online inquiry for an estimate. The owner called immediately (on a Sunday morning) and came to pick up the rug a couple hours later. He mentioned the carpet would be ready on Wed or Thurs, but we asked for delivery on Saturday (today) since we both work during the week. It's back and looks as good as new. I would definitely recommend this company will use them again to refresh our carpet since we have a sheddy cat :)
I needed carpet cleaning service same day and got it. I found Premier on Yelp and they had 4 good reviews. I called the owner at 8 AM and he was able to squeeze me in. We scheduled a time for between 5PM and 5:30 with the agreement he would give me a call a half hour ahead of time to confirm he was coming. As advertised, he called before he came and was right on time. They were a two man team that spent about 2 hours cleaning 3 bedrooms and some carpeted stairs. The price was within 10 dollars of the initial phone estimate that was based on the general information I gave him on the phone and the price went down 10, not up. The carpets are clean along with a couple of tough stains. I don't right a lot of reviews as you can see but these guys worked hard, were on time, did a great job at a fair price.
I had my sofa cleaned by them. Very fast to come out and clean the couch. Reasonable prices. I have a third story walk up and they were able to bring the equipment up with no extra charge, unlike other cleaning services. The sofa looks great. I highly recommend them!
Great service I had my sofa and love seat cleaned by one heck of a nice guy. I called the day before and even though he had a faraway morning appt., he fit me in right after. He was very polite and did a great job. I have never had my sofa cleaned so you can bet it needed it after 5.5 years of wear and tear. There were a couple of stains that he could not get out but I expected a little of that. Regardless, they look fabulous. I feel so much better that they are spiffy clean. thanks so much for the last minute appt. and I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for great service and price.
